This service allows customers to apply to register the modification of the information of an owned property/ Takharuj “transfer of the share of an heir to the other heirs”/ addition of a new co-owner. The property owner is issued a Title Deed reflecting the modification of information.
All property owners are eligible to apply for this service.

1- The owner's Emirates ID Card, or Power of Attorney in case the owner does not attend in person.
2- Copies of Valid Passports for of all co-owners (non residents).
3- Original title deed.
4- Survey report, in case the area is modified, or a new map issued by Dubai Municipality or Dubai Land Department.

Map Issuance Fees (based on the type of property)
AED 250 per Title Deed
1% of the value of peoperty in respect of which Takharuj is made
AED 10 Knowledge Fees for each fee
AED 10 Innovation Fees for each fee
AED 20 for Zajel Courier services fee

Via the service centre:
Step 1: The customer visits the Happiness Centre in Dubai Land Department - Main Office
Step 2: the customer submits the required documents to the employee and makes sure that they are complete
Step 3: the transaction data is entered into the system by the front row employee
Step 4: The customer pays the fees and receives a receipt of payment
Step 5: The transaction is verified by the front row employee
Step 6: The title deed is handed over to the customer

Remotely:
Step 1: The customer sends the required documents via e-mail
Step 2: The supervisor makes sure that the documents are complete and distributes the procedures to the employees
Step 3: the employee enters the transaction data into the system
Step 4: The customer pays the fees and receives a receipt of payment
Step 5: The transaction is verified and approved
Step 6: The application is completed and the ownership certificate is sent by e-mail
